Respiratory Therapists I

Qualifications

The Respiratory Therapist I meets patient's goals and needs and provides quality care by conducting pulmonary function tests; assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results; determining respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians and by prescription.


  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy.
  • With one to two (1-2) years of relevant work experience is preferred.  
  • Demonstrates knowledge sufficient to ensure safe practice:
    • Patient Assessment
    • Aerosol Drugs Pharmacology
    • Pulmonary anatomy
    • Pulmonary diseases
    • Mechanical Ventilation
    • Pulmonary Function Test
    • Mechanical Ventilation
    • ABG
    • PFT
    • Bronchoscopy
    • Basic Life Support
  • Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office application.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Can communicate in the Visayan and/or Tagalog dialect/s.

  7. Philippine Nurses Association Card (Applicable only to nursing positions)
  8. SSS ID / E-1 / E-4
  9. TIN (If w/ previous employer within the current year, submit Form 2316; no previous employer 1902)
  10. Phil health ID/MDR (If employed or with previous employer)
  11. MID / PAG-IBIG No.
  12. Certificate/s of previous employer (if applicable)
  13. Community Tax (Cedula)
  14. NBI Clearance
  15. Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
  16. Home Sketch (use white; short size bond paper; specify Barangay, street and known landmarks)
  17. Marriage Contract (if applicable)
